Dux-Soup – AI Automation to drive business growth

I first came across this tool at the B2B Marketing Expo last year. I spent time chatting to the very friendly and helpful team and subsequently attended free online webinars and demos to get under the skin of the tool and how it works. I was hesitant initially as the words ‘AI Automation’ immediately ring alarm bells for me and I think of poorly written communications and spammy messages – we’ve all received those in our inbox!

Just like with driving a car though, you can either drive it well or drive it badly and I quickly learned with this tool is that it’s HOW you use it that matters.

I’ve subsequently introduced a couple of my customers to this tool. For one, I run it on their behalf, for the other I supported them with the set up and they now run it themselves. For both it’s been brilliant at building a new yet highly relevant audience for their communications and has been a catalyst for starting conversations with the exact people they want to.

To use the tool effectively you need to know your strategy, your target segments and have a communication plan. Once these things are in place, you simply build your campaigns in the tool and it then does the hard work for you. It will connect, follow and message automatically but within the parameters set by you that work for your business. You are in complete control of the conversations and leads can be sent directly to your CRM system for follow-up.

Dux-Soup isn’t new either, the team celebrate their 10th birthday this month. The team will be exhibiting again at the B2B Marketing Expo on 19-20 November so drop by if you’d like to know more. I’ve teamed up with them to offer a support package for anyone who wants to use the tool but isn’t sure where to start and I’ll be visiting the Expo on Thursday.
